MYTH: More pressure = better results. 👀

FACT: Nope! More pressure doesn’t always mean better results. Your body responds best to the right amount of pressure for you.

Sometimes your muscles need deeper work, and sometimes they need a little less. Massage shouldn’t leave you feeling like you just got hit by a truck. 😂

The goal is relief, not pain. 💆‍♀️

Ladies, this one’s for you 😂

You know that sore spot you get right under your bra strap?

And no… it’s not always because your bra is too tight! 👀

Between sitting, driving, working, carrying kids, looking down at your phone, and just life in general, those upper-back muscles can get pretty unhappy. Then add a bra strap sitting there all day… and yep, there’s your “why does this spot hurt so bad?!” feeling. 😂

And when you come in for a massage, I may not just work directly on that sore spot. Sometimes the muscles around it need some attention too!

If you know, you know. 😂💆‍♀️

A few openings tomorrow! 🫶🏼

I have one little opening left before the weekend! 🥰

Friday, September 17th at 2:45 PM and have room for up to 60 minutes.

If you’ve been meaning to get in for a massage, or your body has been feeling a little extra “ugh” lately 😂, send me a message or call (605) 331-0588 and let’s get you taken care of!

Would love to see you 💙

Today looked a little different than a typical day in the treatment room, and I’m so grateful I got to be a part of it! 💙

Today I had the opportunity to attend the South Dakota Association Healthcare Convention, where I got to provide chair massages to fellow healthcare workers. It was such a great experience getting to meet and connect with so many amazing people who spend their days caring for others.

I also got to step away from the chair and enjoy a little bit of the convention myself! I donated blood, got to hang out with some therapy dogs 🐾, and learned a little about the evolution of healthcare and how far we’ve come.

It was truly such a wonderful day filled with learning, connecting, giving back, and being reminded just how special the healthcare community is.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to be there and honored that I got to play a small part in taking care of the people who spend so much of their time taking care of everyone else. 💆🏼‍♀️💙

Definitely a day I won’t forget! ✨

As today comes to an end, I just want to say thank you to everyone who shared their stories with me today. 🤍

Being born after 9/11, I don’t have my own memories or experiences from that day to share, and I know I can never fully understand what it was like to live through it.

But hearing everyone’s stories, memories, and emotions today has been incredibly meaningful. Thank you for allowing me to listen, learn, and better understand a day that shaped so many lives.

Thank you for sharing your stories and helping educate 🇺🇸❤️

Your body has been asking for it… so here’s your sign to listen. 💜

I have a few openings TOMORROW for massage! If you’ve been feeling tight, sore, stressed, or just desperately need an hour to yourself, I’d love to help.

✨ Swedish
✨ Deep tissue
✨ Cupping
✨ Hot stones
✨ Lymphatic drainage

Message me and let’s get you on my table!
