🎀 What October Means to Us at BABE 🎀

October has always held a very special place in our hearts.

When I opened BABE in 2023, it came from something deeply personal. I have struggled with hair issues my entire life, so I understand firsthand how deeply hair can affect your confidence, your emotions, and the way you see yourself.

But my story goes even deeper. My mom battled breast cancer, and sadly, I lost her in 2015. ❤️

My mom was there for me throughout my entire life, helping me through my own struggles. After she passed, I knew I wanted her life, her love, and her legacy to continue making a difference.

That is why I opened BABE.

I wanted to create a place where people dealing with hair loss and hair challenges could feel understood, comfortable, beautiful, and not alone. I also wanted to be there for people going through cancer treatment, because I know how difficult it can be to watch someone you love experience it.

Every part of BABE was created from love - love for my mom, love for others, and a desire to help people feel like themselves again. ❤️

And there’s one more special piece… BABE is named after my mom. Her legacy is woven into everything we do.

This October, we honor all of the courageous women walking this journey- those currently fighting, those who have overcome, those still healing, and those we carry in our hearts every day. 🎀
