Our Culture at Solare Spa is to create a peaceful atmosphere by focusing on health and wellness through environmentally friendly products and services. Solare Spa is an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation for anyone who wants to restore their body and mind.
Sometimes the most important thing you can do is simply stop and choose yourself for a moment.
At Solare, we have built a space for exactly that. Whether you need an hour on the massage table, the deep stillness of our vibroacoustic healing table, the warmth of the infrared sauna, or a full evening of reset at our REFLECTION event on October 11th, there is something here for wherever you are right now.
You do not have to wait until things slow down. You get to decide when they do.
We would love to see you soon.

As the season shifts, it's natural to feel the pull to slow down too. If you've been running on empty, moving through your days without much room to breathe, this one's for you.
REFLECTION is an immersive wellness experience happening October 11 at Solare, a chance to turn inward through vinyasa yoga with Ari, whole-body movement and integrative health with Sophia Dawn Wellness and Salutaris, whole-food nourishment, breathwork with Brooke of Wild Earth Healing Arts, and sound healing with Izumi and Susan.
You don't have to have it all figured out to show up. Just come as you are.
Spots are limited for each experience. Link in bio to save yours.
Something new is coming to Solare, and it's not like anything we've done before.
Join us for REFLECTION, a day spent moving through gentle outdoor yoga with Ari, whole-body movement and nutrition with Sophia Dawn Wellness, and integrative health with Salutaris. We'll close things out with a slow herbal tea experience and breathwork with Brooke of Wild Earth Healing Arts, ending in sound healing under the open sky.
More details to come but for now, save October 11, it's your reminder that sometimes you have to pause and look inward before you can move forward again.
The week does not always let go on its own. Sometimes you have to create the moment that closes it. This Sunday, that moment is at Solare.

Most people think of massage as pressure. And pressure helps. But sometimes what the body needs is something different. A tool that moves along the tissue, breaks up what has been stuck, and gives tension an actual way out.
Gua sha on the back does exactly that. The metal scraper works through layers of built-up tightness, improving circulation and giving your muscles permission to finally soften in a way that pressure alone sometimes cannot reach.
If you have been carrying the same tension in the same spots for months, this might be what your body has been asking for.

Some weeks take more than they give. And by Sunday most of us are still carrying all of it.
The Sunday Reset is the exhale at the end of the week. A chance to stop performing rest and actually receive it.
This Sunday we have both experiences available. Restorative yoga to gently bring you back into your body. Followed by a sound bath healing journey to take you even deeper. Frequencies that calm the nervous system and release what the week left behind.
You do not have to do anything once you arrive. Just show up. Everything else is taken care of.

The scalp holds more tension than most people realize. Every furrowed brow. Every moment of concentration. Every time you held your breath without noticing. It all accumulates.. quietly, invisibly in the muscles most people never think to release.
There is something profound about having the scalp worked on. The kind of release that moves through the whole head, behind the eyes, down through the jaw and neck. A softening that you didn't know you were waiting for.
An hour of this. And silence. That's all.

The details matter here. The way the room feels when you walk in. The scent that meets you at the door. The quiet that settles over you before the session even begins.
A massage at Solare was never meant to be just a massage. It was meant to be an experience, one that begins the moment you step through the door and stays with you long after you leave.
This is what we hear again and again from the people who come to us. That something about this place feels different. That they didn't expect to feel this much.
We don't take that lightly.
