Thankful Thursday-
A week ago my page hit 11,000 followers!!!!
I will never forget hitting my first hundred and the feeling of excitement, I’m not going to lie a little fear too!
I began this page to share Crunchi - my favorite skincare as well as some uplifting messages.
Over the past couple years one idea after another has flowed through me. I have tried a few different concepts.
What I find you mostly are interested in is genuine connections. Uplifting messages.
Duchess has her own little fan club. Some of you are converting to Crunchi as your staple clean beauty. Some you appreciate the nature while others enjoy seeing the parties and adventures.
My niche says health and beauty but in all honesty it fits more life style.
I truly appreciate each and everyone of you who stop by to say hello. There is nothing greater than hearing a story, analogy, or uplifting words were exactly what you needed today♥️
The big picture in my head will one day come to fruition but until I have the time to fully commit to that vision - I will be here everyday, growing and learning. Cheering you on just as you have me.

Happy Wednesday!
The temps have cooled down and it’s a huge win for Duchess.
Hotcars are hard on her social life. It has been a bit lack luster but happy to report she’s back to enjoying the fun life.

Good morning!
The heat has pretty much beat me at the game of keeping my flowers hydrated.
This might be a new all time low for me, I’m just stopping by others peoples houses on my morning walk to photograph their flowers. 🤦‍♀️🤣
If you see Duchess sniffing around a little extra in your yard it’s cuz we have devised a plan where she looks to be innocently sniffing and I am snapping pics of your flowers for a fb.
It’s a great debate use Ai or take advantage of what’s in front of you 🤷‍♀️

A couple days ago, I posted about basic manners and a lot of you replied that we were missing those gestures.
Saturday as I was about to exit the gas station this younger guy not only stood there to hold the door for me he tipped his hat.
That was top level behavior! It was that moment when you just knew he had a good set of parents! You also know should he have his own kids he’s going to be a good parent too.
The universe was listening and wanted to show gentlemen still exists ♥️Kindess and good manners are going to make a come back. Keep the faith!

Sunday morning vibes-
A quiet walk, a little time with the creator, followed by the sound of splashing waves.
How are you spending your day?

Staying cool and hydrated is the focus of the weekend.
The Thunderbirds are in town for the air show.
It was fun to see them practicing yesterday. While I would love to attend the shade is where I want to spend my day.

Where are you spending this hot summer day?

It’s too early- I should still be counting sheep.
Instead I’m fumbling around no coffee in my system moving my car to the adjacent street. Road work starts in an hour.
Didn’t think of wearing shoes. 👟 locked my keys in my car because now that I am modern and only need a fob - I grabbed the garage door opener instead of key. 🤦‍♀️
It’s Fri-yay and so far there’s no yay in the day.
So tell me this, can you operate without coffee first? ☕️

(Obviously I can’t and I know the day will improve once I get my adequate coffee quota)

Thankful Thursday-
What once was new becomes old, eventually becomes cool again.

Watching the remake of little house on the prairie on Netflix.
Esprit shirts showing up at Costco.
Wearing keds.
This fall will Gunny Sac dresses return?

Hoping for the return of greeting people.
Holding doors for one another.
Basic manners.
Words with all their syllables.
Sentences that make sense.
