Massage By Allie

A year ago, I was still in massage school, getting ready to hit the floor and start taking real clients for the very first time. 🥹💚

I remember being excited, nervous, and having absolutely no idea where this journey was going to take me.

Fast forward one year… and WOW. So much can change in 365 days.

I passed my MBLEx, graduated, became a licensed massage therapist, started building my clientele, and eventually took the biggest leap of all—opening my own little space and building Massage by Allie. 🥹✨

Now I get to walk into a space that feels like ME and spend my days doing something I genuinely love.

There have been long days, growing pains, lessons learned, and plenty of moments where I wondered what I was doing 😂… but there have also been SO many amazing clients, milestones, friendships, and moments that remind me exactly why I chose this career.

A year ago, I was just hoping people would book with me.

Today, I’m building the business I once only dreamed about. 💚

Never underestimate how much your life can change in one year. Keep going. 🤍✨

✨ Kids deserve a little relaxation, too! ✨

Massage by Allie now offers shorter massage sessions just for kids! 💚 Whether they’re busy with sports, dealing with growing bodies, or simply need a little time to relax and unwind, these sessions are a great option.

🌿 15 minutes — $25
🌿 30 minutes — $45
🤍 A parent/guardian must be present for the entire massage session.

Message me or book your kiddo a little self-care time! 🫶

😭🐾 $1,970 RAISED!!! 🐾😭

Over the last TWO months, Massage by Allie and all of YOU helped raise $1,970 for Almost Home Canine Rescue! 💚

I seriously cannot thank my clients enough. Every appointment booked during this fundraiser helped us give back to an organization doing incredible work for dogs who deserve their chance at a safe, loving home. 🐶🏡

What started as a simple idea to use my little business to give back turned into nearly $2,000 for a cause that means so much to me. 🥹

To every single person who booked, shared my posts, supported my business, donated, or cheered this fundraiser on — THANK YOU. You helped make this possible.

This is exactly why I love being able to use Massage by Allie for something bigger than massage. 💚

$1,970. Two months. So many appointments. One incredible community. 🐾

Together, we made a difference. 🤍

A little personal update from Massage by Allie 🤍

My family experienced a sudden and unexpected loss this morning with the passing of my Uncle Gabby. My heart is broken, and right now my family and I are taking things one day at a time.

I wanted to share this because over the next several days, if I reach out asking to reschedule your appointment, adjust your time, or move things around a little, this is why. I’ll do everything I can to keep changes to a minimum, but I also want to make sure I’m able to be there for my family when I’m needed.

I appreciate your patience, flexibility, prayers, and understanding more than you know. 🤍

Thank you for always being so supportive of not only Massage by Allie, but the person behind the business, too.

Family comes first. Thank you for giving me a little grace while we navigate this unexpected loss. 🤍🙏🏼

A little behind-the-scenes action tonight… 👀✨

Something I’ve been dreaming up for my suite is FINALLY coming together, and I’m seriously obsessed already. 🥹💚✨

For now, you only get the blurred version. 🤭 Any guesses what we’re adding to Massage by Allie?!

Full reveal coming soon… 🤫✨

✨ Allow me to reintroduce myself… ✨

Hi friends! I’m Allie — the hands, heart, and face behind Massage by Allie. 💚

There are quite a few new faces around here, so I figured it was time to say hi again!

I’m a licensed massage therapist and the proud owner of Massage by Allie, where my goal is simple: to create a space where you can walk in, shut the rest of the world out for a little while, and just breathe.

Before massage therapy, I spent about three years working in the NICU. Caring for people has always been a huge part of who I am, and while my career looks a little different now, that part of me never changed. 🫶🏼

I opened my own suite in April, and watching this little dream grow has been one of the craziest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done. From relaxation massages to deep tissue, therapeutic work, cupping, prenatal massage and everything in between — I genuinely love getting to know my clients and helping their bodies feel better.

A few things about the girl behind the massage table: I’m a Jesus-loving, country-music-obsessed, concert-going girl who loves traveling, racing weekends, my family, dogs, and probably talking your ear off before your massage if you let me. 😂🤍

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has booked an appointment, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, left a review, or simply cheered me on. You’re helping me build something I once only dreamed about.

So whether you’ve been with me since day one or you just found my page…

Hi, I’m Allie. 💚 Welcome to Massage by Allie. I’m so glad you’re here.

Apparently my personality needed a mascot… and honestly, Maple nailed it. 😂💚

Big heart, big dreams, a little chaotic, always caffeinated, and forever reminding people that self-care matters. 🫶🏼✨ Between massage therapy, chasing dreams, loving people hard, and trying to bring good energy wherever I go… I think we make a pretty iconic duo. 😂🐶

Good energy. Brighter days. 💚
