Wholistic Recovery & Wellness Spa

Post-op swelling can affect the mons p***s, often called the vaginal mound. During post-op lymphatic massage, I make sure this area gets attention too. It can be overlooked when the focus is mainly on the stomach and back.

Compression matters here too. I offer custom Faja fittings and accessories, including stage 1, 2, and 3 garments for different points in your healing process.

Planning surgery? Budget for your post-op massages and compression garments, including the different stages you may need.

Is post-op lymphatic massage painful?

My clients often say I have ✨ HEALING HANDS ✨.
I check in throughout your session and adjust to your comfort.
Many clients find the massage relaxing, especially under the red light.

Every recovery is different, so follow your surgeon’s instructions about when massage is appropriate for you.

POV: Your stomach starts talking during lymphatic drainage 👀✨

Those sounds are completely normal!
Lymphatic Drainage stimulates both the lymphatic system and the digestive tract, which can make the intestines more active.

Basically… your gut is waking up and moving gas + fluid around 💨💧

This can be a sign that the body is responding to the treatment, supporting circulation, detoxification, and overall digestive movement.

The body is always communicating during recovery & wellness — you just have to listen 🤍
