When I’m focusing on detoxification support, there are two foundational tools I like to have in place from the beginning.

First, I focus on biofilm support. Many unwanted microbes and toxins can hide within protective biofilms, making them more difficult for the body to address. That’s why I often use products like Biocidin® Remove to help support healthy biofilm disruption as part of a comprehensive wellness approach.

Second, I always make sure a quality binder is on board throughout the process. As the body mobilizes toxins and cellular waste, it’s important to support healthy elimination pathways. My personal preference is Biotoxin Binder®. While many people are familiar with activated charcoal, I find that a broader-spectrum binder can provide more comprehensive support.

Detoxification isn’t just about what you’re trying to remove—it’s also about supporting the body’s ability to process and eliminate what it no longer needs.

Healing starts with the nervous system.

One of the first things I focus on with many clients is supporting the vagus nerve—the communication highway between the brain and body. By combining full-spectrum light therapy with calming frequency support and botanicals like lavender and chamomile, we help encourage a state of relaxation where the body can shift from “fight or flight” into “rest, repair, and restore.”
