1. SPF is the #1 skincare must! If you can’t get anything else, get a good SPF 30+ and wear daily!

2. If you’re 20+ and not using a retinol or retinol you’re missing out! They treat a variety of concerns and prevent early signs of aging!

3. The skin’s ability to retain moisture begins to decline with age. At age 30, your skin’s regenerative capacity decreases drastically and slower cell turnover can leave your skin dehydrated and more prone to showing early signs of aging. Hydration is key to aging gracefully and to maintain a healthy skin barrier!

4. There are a list of benefits of icing the skin (other than it feeling amazing lol). You can keep cold globes or a jade roller in the freezer or fridge. Or ice cubes/ ice water bowl.

5. This is an unbelievable amount of misinformation out there and the skincare industry has become so OVERSATURATED with the amount of brands / skincare lines. To know what’s best, seek advice from a licensed provider!
