COVID-19 RestartOhio Policy

Kelly’s Place for Hair will be open for business on May 15, 2020. To comply with the “Responsible RestartOhio” there will be strict guidelines that must be followed for the safety of all customers. Some of these may be inconvenient, but we all must do our part to attain a safe and healthful environment for service to continue.

The following procedures have been put in to place to assure a safe reopening:

• Appointments will be made in order of appointments before the “Stay at Home Order” was issued. I will reach out to you, so there is no need to call. If you did not have an appointment scheduled before the order, you may begin calling or texting for appointments beginning May 18, 2020.(3046349101) I will be working Monday-Friday until all appointments have been caught up then will resume my regular schedule.
• Appointments will be scheduled with a 10-minute gap to allow for sanitation. All door handles, chairs, capes and other commonly touched surfaces will be sanitized after each customer. If you arrive early, you will be required to sit in your vehicle until the prior customer has left and the sanitation process is complete. There will be a sign on the door to let you know when you are allowed to enter the salon.
• A temperature check will be completed before access to the shop is allowed. If you have a temperature above 100.4° you will not be permitted to enter. There will be no guests allowed. Please come alone to your appointment. Exceptions only for a child who is receiving a service or an adult who requires assistance.
• Upon entering the salon, you will be required to wash your hands with soap and water.
• Masks will be required at all times. There will be no exceptions. For added protection and to create a “barrier” I will be wearing a face shield.
• Payments of all kinds will be accepted, but to reduce person to person transactions Apple Pay is highly recommended. If you have an iphone, this is a very simple procedure. Try and set it up before you come if at all possible.

Most importantly, if you are sick, STAY HOME! I am aware that everyone wants to get their hair done, but please do be considerate and don’t come if you are feeling sick. You will get an appointment in due time. I appreciate your understanding of these procedures. We will navigate through this together and Make You Look Great Again!
