Cellulite isn’t just fat.
The dimpled appearance commonly associated with cellulite is influenced by connective tissue (fascia), circulation, fluid retention, skin elasticity, and fat distribution beneath the skin.
After 3 sessions, we’re already seeing smoother tissue texture and a reduction in the appearance of uneven skin. While cellulite cannot be permanently “cured,” because it’s a structural issue, treatments can help improve the overall look and feel of the skin over time.
Consistency matters. The best results come from a combination of regular treatments, movement, hydration, and healthy lifestyle habits.
3 sessions down, more progress to come!

Brazilian Lymphatic + Wood Therapy ✨
Immediate changes don’t always mean fat loss. In many cases, we’re addressing fluid retention, tissue congestion, and contouring the waistline.
Notice the increased definition through the waist and the smoother appearance of the midsection after just one session.
Increased circulation from treatment can temporarily give the skin a warmer or slightly pink appearance after.
Results vary per individual. You must be an eligible candidate for treatments. This is not a medical lymphatic massage that treats or cures conditions. For aesthetic use only.
One thing I wish more people understood about body contouring and lymphatic drainage...
Not everyone starts from the same place. 👏
If 5 people walk into my treatment room and all receive the exact same treatment plan, they are not guaranteed to get the exact same results in the exact same timeframe.
Why?
Because one person may have been consistently exercising, staying hydrated, and following a balanced lifestyle for the last 6 months.
Another person may have only been consistent for 2 months.
Another for 1 month.
Another for only a couple of weeks.
And someone else may be hoping the treatments are what finally motivate them to start.
None of those situations are wrong, but they are different.
This is why comparing your results to someone else’s before-and-after photos isn’t always realistic. Before-and-after photos show that a treatment can work, but they don’t tell the full story of what that person was doing outside of the treatment room.
The clients who typically see the fastest and most noticeable changes are usually the ones who have already built healthy habits before starting treatments.
My job is to support your goals, not replace the work that happens between appointments.
Body contouring and lymphatic drainage are amazing tools, but they are not a quick fix. Consistency will always be the foundation of long-term results. ✨

Cellulite Progress After 10 Sessions ⬇️
One of the most common things I hear is: “I never had cellulite when I was younger… it just randomly appeared.”
The truth is, cellulite doesn’t always happen overnight. As we age, natural collagen and elastin production begins to decline. These proteins help keep the skin firm, smooth, and supported. When collagen decreases, the underlying structures beneath the skin become more visible, causing dimples and uneven texture to appear more noticeable.
Weight fluctuations over the years can also play a role. As the skin stretches and contracts repeatedly, the connective tissues underneath may weaken, contributing to the appearance of cellulite.
What many people don’t realize is that cellulite is not just a “fat issue.” Hormones, genetics, circulation, skin laxity, connective tissue health, inflammation/fluid retention, and lifestyle factors can all contribute. This is why not all cellulite should be treated the same way.
There are different types of cellulite, and identifying the root cause is one of the most important steps in creating an effective treatment plan.
Results shown are after 10 sessions. Consistency, proper protocols, and addressing the underlying cause make all the difference.

💍 Wedding planning doesn’t start a month before the big day and neither should your body contouring.
One of the biggest misconceptions we see is brides waiting until the last minute and expecting a complete transformation in just a few weeks. While some improvement is possible, the most dramatic changes in fat reduction, body sculpting, and skin tightening happen when you give your body time.
✨ 6+ months before: Optimal results and the greatest potential for transformation.
✨ 3–4 months before: Noticeable improvements in shape, definition, and overall contour.
✨ 1–2 months before: Best for refining and enhancing existing progress rather than creating major changes.
💧 For lymphatic drainage, we recommend starting 4–6 weeks before your wedding rather than waiting until wedding week. This allows time to see how your body responds, establish a routine if needed, and consistently reduce fluid retention leading up to your special day.
Remember: body contouring or lymphatic drainage is not a quick fix. Everyone’s progress is different. The best results come from consistency, proper nutrition, hydration, and staying physically active.

Stomach Contouring Tightening & Toning Progress — 2 Sessions
These results were achieved after just 2 sessions of our Stomach Contouring, Tightening & Toning treatment.
This treatment is designed to address multiple concerns at once by focusing on skin tightening, muscle stimulation, and lymphatic support. The goal is to improve the overall appearance of the midsection by enhancing muscle tone, supporting collagen production, improving skin elasticity, and creating a smoother, firmer appearance over time.
While we’re already seeing positive changes, this client is continuing with additional sessions for more optimal results. Body contouring is a process, and the best outcomes are achieved through consistency and following a recommended treatment plan.
All contouring appointments include lymphatic drainage support to help encourage proper fluid movement and assist the body throughout the treatment process.
✨ Treatment performed by Bionca under my supervision.
Results vary from person to person. Consistency, hydration, nutrition, and activity level all play an important role in achieving and maintaining results.
Lymphatic Drainage Should NOT Hurt 🤍
One thing I hear often from new clients is:
“My last lymphatic drainage was painful.”
“I was sore for days.”
“I was bruised afterward.”
“I felt like I got beat up.”
While every provider has their own approach, true lymphatic drainage is designed to work with the lymphatic system, not force it.
The lymphatic vessels sit very close to the surface of the skin, which is why lymphatic drainage uses light, rhythmic movements rather than aggressive pressure. More pressure does not necessarily mean better drainage.
The goal is to encourage lymph flow, reduce congestion, support circulation, and assist the body’s natural waste-removal process. This can often be accomplished with surprisingly gentle techniques.
Now, that doesn’t mean everyone feels exactly the same afterward.
Some people; especially first-time clients or those who are already experiencing significant fluid retention, inflammation, congestion, stress, or poor lymphatic function may notice temporary side effects after such as:
• Increased urination
• Fatigue
• Thirst
• Digestive changes
• Mild headaches
• Temporary flu-like feelings
These responses are generally related to how the body is reacting to increased lymphatic movement; not because the treatment itself was done wrong.
Lymphatic drainage should not leave you feeling beaten up, excessively bruised, or in significant pain.
Gentle does not mean ineffective.
Have you ever had a lymphatic drainage treatment before? What was your experience?

ARM TIGHTENING PROGRESS — 2 SESSIONS
These results show early improvement in skin laxity, crepey texture, and overall firmness of the upper arm area after only two treatments.
Skin tightening treatments work by creating controlled heat within the tissue to help stimulate collagen and elastin activity over time. As collagen production improves, the skin can begin to appear firmer, smoother, and more supported.
It is important to understand that skin tightening is a gradual process. Factors such as age, collagen levels, lifestyle, weight fluctuations, hydration, and consistency with treatments all play a role in how the skin responds.
This type of treatment is commonly used for:
• loose or crepey skin
• mild to moderate skin laxity
• post-weight loss skin concerns
• age-related loss of firmness
Results vary from person to person, and multiple sessions are typically recommended for continued improvement and maintenance.
