Clean and disassemble then clean again.
Hone inside of blade called the ride line
Sharpen 3-4 grit sizes and polish
Reassemble oil and set tension screw
Test cut.
Clean cut, no folding or pushing hair.
Return to customer and they will feel like an artist.

The cutter is pushed fully forward. See offset of the rear rail (BLUE) Then more than recommended cutter set back (WHITE).
This blade only has a few sharpenings left. It may under perform also. A new Cutter may help with an added cost. Kinda putting good money into bad?
