Bushwacker Hair Salon

After approximately 30 years of business, the Bushwacker Hair Salon has officially closed its doors. The building has been sold. As many of you know, it has been difficult for my Mom to run the salon without being able keeping it open full-time. Thank you to those who supported the business and remained loyal through all the hardships it has faced, from moving locations to health problems, etc. Many of our customers have been like family to us over the years. This all happened so suddenly and we were not able to reach out to many of our customers in time.
For those wondering about Paul, he has moved to Aqua the Salon, located on Northline and Burns in Southgate. The phone number is 734-283-9250, and he is keeping his same days for now.
We would love for you to share a great memory you have of our salon. My Dad took such pride in his business, as did our entire family.

An idea from one of our loyal customers... Letting you know that you can avoid the mess on Fort St and get in the Bushwacker through the alley :)
You can use Burns (runs parallel to Fort) and take Castle towards Fort. If you turn left down the alley right before Fort, you'll end up in the Bushwacker parking lot. Please bear with us during the construction. It should be coming to an end soon!!!

Bushwacker Hair Salon The Bushwacker Hair Salon was founded in 1981 by John Maniaci. The Salon was originally in Taylor, on Goddard Road. In 2001, the Salon moved to Fort Street in Southgate. We are proud that this family owned business has been around for 30 years!
