Post op care is the most important thing when getting your body done. Here’s my schedule we follow
Days 2-7 every other day
Wk 2/3 - 3 times/week
Wk 4/6 - 2 times/week
Wk 6/8 - 1 time/week
Wk 8+ - maintenance if swelling remains
If you wonder why you didn’t get the results you wanted it’s most likely you didn’t do your post op massages correctly or the correct amount you needed. At babes esthetics we master in post op care & offer the best hands you can ask for 🤭🪄
I know my schedule has been super crazy but destiny is also available 5 days a week 🤍

Not biz related but I can’t do a whole day in the life because we got warned to not post about school 😂
But this is me getting somewhat ready for my first day, couldn’t be quiet, burned my toast, coffee spilled, and I continued to have an amazing day for my clinical shift. These past weeks have not been easy, I’ve had over 20 assignments, papers due, exams due and the pressure to not fail. But we are still thriving queens. Idk how I can still manage both businesses but they are surviving because of the help that I have. Thank you Jess 𝖧𝖾𝗋 𝖪𝗂𝗇𝖽 ❀ amoamoree love you guys 🤍
