📣 KAYLA’S KREATIONS — CUSTOM ORDER & TURNAROUND POLICY

I’m so grateful for everyone who trusts me to create their custom shirts, sweatshirts, birthday outfits, memorial pieces, and other personalized items! ❤️

As Kayla’s Kreations continues to grow, I’m putting a few guidelines in place to make sure I have enough time to give every order the attention and quality it deserves.

# # # ⏰ STANDARD TURNAROUND

My standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days for small/simple orders.

Larger orders, detailed designs, birthday outfits, memorial pieces, specialty projects, or orders requiring additional materials may require additional production time.

As a general guideline:

• 1–4 items: 5–7 business days
• 5–9 items: 7–10 business days
• 10–19 items: 10–14 business days
• 20+ items: Custom timeline will be discussed when the order is placed

These are general guidelines, not guaranteed completion times, because the complexity of a project can vary significantly. A detailed 3-piece custom project may require more time than several simple shirts.

# # # 📌 WHEN DOES MY ORDER TIMELINE BEGIN?

Your turnaround time does not begin when you first message me about an order.

Your order enters my production schedule once:

✔️ Your 50% deposit has been received
✔️ All sizes, colors, designs, wording, photos, and other necessary details have been provided
✔️ Any required design proof has been approved
✔️ I have everything needed to begin production

For example, if you message me Monday but don't provide the necessary information or payment until Thursday, Thursday is when your production timeline begins.

# # # 🧵 SPECIALTY MATERIALS & SUPPLIES

Some orders require specialty garments, custom colors, custom DTF transfers, or other materials that have to be ordered specifically for your project.

These orders may require additional time.

Please keep in mind that Kayla’s Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of my control.

I will always do my best to communicate any known delays or changes to your estimated completion date.

# # # 🚨 RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are not automatically accepted.

If you need an order completed sooner than my standard turnaround time, please ask before placing your order so I can determine whether I can accommodate the requested deadline.

Rush orders, when accepted, will be subject to a 25% rush fee with a $25 minimum, in addition to any expedited material or shipping costs that may be required.

A rush order is not confirmed until I have personally confirmed the deadline and the required deposit and rush fee have been paid.

Please understand that I may decline a rush order if I do not have the capacity or materials needed to complete it properly. I would rather be honest about what I can accommodate than rush your order and compromise the quality of your finished product. ❤️

# # # ✏️ CHANGES AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS

Please make sure all order details are correct before production begins.

Once production has started, changes to the:

• Garment size
• Garment color
• Design
• Wording
• Photos
• Quantity
• Or other order details

may result in additional fees, a change in the total order price, and/or an adjusted completion date.

If new materials must be purchased because of a customer-requested change, the additional material cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Customers will be notified of applicable additional charges before new materials are purchased whenever possible.

# # # 💰 DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and place it on the production schedule.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms discussed when your order is placed.

# # # 📦 SHIPPING

Shipping is separate from the production timeline.

Standard and expedited shipping options may be available depending on the order. If expedited shipping is requested, the additional shipping cost will be passed directly to the customer.

Please remember that production time and shipping time are two separate timelines.

I love creating your custom pieces, and I want every order to receive the time and attention it deserves.

Please give me as much notice as possible when ordering for birthdays, graduations, memorials, holidays, church events, family gatherings, and other special occasions.

The earlier you place your order, the better I can plan for your materials, design time, production time, and any unexpected delays.
