It's a scorching 96 degrees out there and Chester and CJ our office mascots are hitting the water to cool off! The local public pools offer a great way to chill out on a hot day for humans but not for chipmunks! What is your favorite way to cool off in the summer? AC? Lake? Pool? Hose? Good morning Spokane!!!! We are in for a roasty, toasty day of sunburn worthy heat that will make time seem like it's dragging! So make sure you hydrate and come in for an adjustment in our wonderfully cooled office!! Just as a note, Doc is in the Garland Business meeting on Wednesday July 15th until 9:30am. We will open at 9:30am that day!

As we haven't had a chance to post at all this week, we decided to combine all the series into one post! For your Monday Madness, we have Doc with a patient of ours that plays a lot of basketball! CJ one of our office mascots, spent the Fourth with Hale grilling and hanging out. On the Fifth, CJ helped to start Spooky Season with pumpkins! And of course lastly, for your Fun Fact Friday did you know that sometimes on rare occasion, we don't know either; for example, if you ask Doc how to fix a boat, or Hale how to garden, or Jaki an IT question, we will probably won't know either! Now you know!

Happy 250th Independence Day from Chester, CJ, and all of us here at Sicilia Chiropractic!! We will be closed on July 3rd for the Weekend of the Fourth!! Doc will NOT be in on Saturday July 4th. We are so looking forward to spending the weekend with our families and friends. Have a wonderful and safe Fourth of July! We will see you back on July 6th at 9:00am!

It's Fun Fact Friday!! Did you know that Spokane hosts the world's largest 3x3 basketball tournament?? Founded in 1990, today it takes up 45 city blocks and has over 6,000 teams playing! Good luck Hoopers!!!

It's Hoopfest week!! Chester and CJ our mascots are gearing up for spending the weekend at Hoopfest in Downtown Spokane! Keep a close out and maybe you will catch one of them out on the pavement! The boys are back in action and on the road again with some of our staff! CJ, one of our office mascots, hit the road with Jaki for a trip to Oregon! He got to see Mt. Bachelor, go through a car wash that felt like Mario's Rainbow Road, and of course, sit in his favorite spot in the car! We all know he loves the dashboard so that he can enjoy all the scenery whenever he goes! Now remember, you are not full of fluff like CJ, so always wear your seatbelt! But should the worst happen and there is an accident, don't forget to give us a call to get you feeling better after.
