Tru Body Works

As a Pisces ♓️ it only felt right to have a self care day on this full moon eclipse in Pisces 🌕

1. Planned on doing my morning beach walk but chose extra sleep instead so Pisces.
2. Had a therapy call so refreshing, cried and laughed almost at the same time.
3. Had my acupuncture appointment with the amazing Rose Thomas.
4. Had yummy Thai food.
5. Played my sound bowls for positive energy.
6. Made a blessing with my moon water.

Full moon blessing:

Let go of what no longer serves your soul, make peace with what you can’t control, and allow your intuition to lead the way.

Pregnancy asks your body to do so much.. especially
adapting and growing new life! And through it all, your nervous system is always listening.

Prenatal massage isn’t just about easing physical discomfort. It’s about creating a space where your mind and body can soften and your baby can, too.

Each session is slow, fully supported with bolsters, and thoughtfully tailored to your trimester.. supporting circulation, reducing stress, and encouraging regulation for both of you.

If you’re pregnant and craving real rest, come see why all of my pregnant mamas are booking with me. Schedule your relaxation through the link in my bio or feel free to message me any questions you may have!
