I have been waiting to share something from my heart for a long time For many years, my husband was seriously ill,and my life became centered around taking care of him while trying my best to continue working and taking care of my customers. It was one of the most difficult periods of my life. There were many days when I was physically and emotionally exhausted, but I still tried to come to work and do my best. Sometimes, however, I know that my personal struggles affected my work and the way I was able to serve my customers. For that ,I am truly sorry .After my husband passed away, I experienced a kind of pain that is difficult to put into works .I was grieving while also trying to continue my life and my work. I know that during this journey, some customers may have felt disappointed, ignored, or unhappy with me .if ever hurt you ,disappointed you or made you feel that I did not appreciate you, please accept my sincere apology. It was never because I did not care about you or value yours support. I was simply going through a very painful chapter of my life. I am not sharing this to make excuses. I only hope to help you understand what was happening behind the scenes. Sometimes, we never know what someone is quietly carrying in their heart.To every customer who stayed, supported me,gave me patience, or simply showed me kindness during those difficult years- thank you from the bottom of my heart. For many years,my husband was very sick,and I spent a great deal of my time caring for him while also trying my best to continue working and taking care of my customers. It was an extremely difficult and emotional time in my life.sandly,my husband passed away, and I have been trying to move forward while carrying the pain of losing him . During those difficult years. There were times when I may not have been able to give every customer the attention, energy and service that they desered . truly regret that.please know that it was nerve because I did not care about my customers. I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to support me, understand me,and have patience with me during one of the hardest chapters of my life .your kindness has mean more to me than I can express.
