Sometimes the best thing you can do for your skin doesn’t come in a bottle ✨

Skin health is also a lifestyle.
I see it all the time people buy a 10 step routine but skip the foundational habits that let those products work.
If you’re feeling stuck with your glow try these free shifts:

•give your products at least 6-8 weeks for results. Sometimes you break out with a new product, sometimes you are actually allergic. Give it time! If you’re allergic likely reactions are itchy, blotchy hive like break outs.

•EAT YOUR WATER. Grapes, watermelon, hot tea with lemon or ginger. Prioritize fiber, protein, health fats.

•Stop touching your face, unless your hands are clean. And even then just leave your skin alone.

•Lukewarm water to wash, wipe your cleanser off. Let each step sit for at least 30 seconds before applying the next. Romanticize your routine.

•Change your pillowcase. 🤍

•Sweat it out, and wash your face after. You’ll be surprised at how glowy you are from this.

•Nighttime Routine!!! Your skin absorbs best when you’re resting & relaxing. Do it before bed and let your body do the rest.
