❤️ Apply pimple patches instead of picking at acne:
while it can be tempting to pick at blemishes it
can actually transfer bacteria and can lead to
scarring, try applying a pimple patch before bed
to absorb any excess fluid.

🤍 Double cleanse nightly:
this is especially important for all of my makeup
users out there! for your first cleanse start with
either an oil cleanser or a cleansing balm. this will
remove your makeup along with excess oils and
debris. after this first step you can go in with your
normal facial cleanser.

❤️ Switch to a thicker moisturizer for the
cold months:
cold and dry weather can do a number on your
skin, you may find that your typical moisturizer is
not having the same effects as usual. try
switching to a thicker moisturizer especially at
night or try incorporating a facial oil to your
routine!

🤍 Be consistent with your skincare routine:
we are all human and some days we may fall short
on skincare. the best way to get results and see
them consistently is to be consistent with your
regimen. find a routine that works for you and
stick with it!

❤️ Exfoliate 1-3x weekly:
exfoliation is key to buffing away any rough
patches of skin and providing a smooth surface. i
always recommend starting with exfoliating once
a week and working your way up to twice a week.

🤍 Use a face mask weekly:
you can choose any mask that works best for your
skin type or one that will target and treat your skin
concerns.
