One big thing we’ve worked hard on this past year, as we’ve grown from a single stylist to a team of three, is maintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphere. This is something we truly value and know many of our families appreciate. While we know a salon can’t be perfectly quiet 100 percent of the time, we always do our best to keep things as peaceful as possible.

👉👉👉There are a couple ways we really need your help with this:

First, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running early, we kindly ask that you text us first to check availability before coming in. We are often able to take clients a little early, but we can’t guarantee it. This helps us keep the waiting area from becoming crowded or noisy, and also helps our stylists stay on schedule so no one feels rushed or behind. We carefully plan service times for each appointment so we can give every client the attention they deserve, and we believe this is something that sets us apart.

Second, if you come with extra children or in a group, please do your best to keep those who are not being serviced in the waiting area. This is mainly for safety, as we are working with sharp tools, hot tools, wax pots, and chemicals, and we cannot always have eyes on everything at once. It also helps the person in the chair stay relaxed and fully enjoy their service without interruption.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain the environment we strive for, one that is welcoming, calm, and safe, not overcrowded, overwhelming, or rushed. Thank you for helping us keep that standard for every family that walks through our doors.
