✨ Glow Lab Yoga is back ✨

🗓️ Monday February 9th @ 5:30PM

After all the fun we had in the last class, we’re doing it again!! This class is slow, calming, and supportive, with a focus on helping your body feel better overall.

We’ll be focusing on:
- Relaxation and stress relief🧘‍♀️
- Pelvic floor work for better control & support😏
- Stretching and opening movements with gentle, assisted stretches 🤸‍♀️

This is a great class if you’ve been feeling tense, or just want to slow down and take care of your body.😌

The class is $30 and spots are limited, so make sure to reserve spots for you and your friends! 👯‍♀️

You can sign up at BalanceYoga217.com

Cc to see me attempting to yoga 🤣🤸‍♀️

I really do this and it’s all because of you🫶🫶🫶
