Processing the first flush of yarrow from my garden. Yarrow is used in folk magic as a connection to our ancestors, protection, and raising your vibrancy. It's also used to heal wounds and stop bleeding. The scent is earthy and sweet. A beautiful tradition to share

Love foraging in the high mountains and Wyoming didn't disappoint!
Foraging in the back country of Wyoming is truly beautiful. The lupin flower is a fascinating flower to study with its connection to European folk magic, it's often called the Wolf flower because it thrives in barren land and connection to transformation and strength powers.
