It makes my heart so happy when clients trust me with their hair for special occasions! I’ve done Lilly’s hair for a couple other school dances, but this one was extra special because it was her last prom. Thank you so much for trusting me with your beautiful curls!
Also we got this updo to STAY! I had my brother’s graduation the day of her prom, so I did her updo the night before and it still looked beautiful 24 hours later.

We interrupt your regularly scheduled curly hair content to showcase this beautiful blonde transformation!!!
This client wanted to keep her blonde bright, but add more depth and dimension throughout to help with harsh grow out and curl enhancement when she chooses to wear her hair curly!
Would you believe me if I told you that I didn’t do a single highlight for this transformation? We had barely a half inch of regrowth and I didn’t want to lighten anything this session for fear of overlapping. The health of the hair always comes first! So instead we did lowlights, a root smudge, and a toner to add dimension while keeping her blonde bright.

To my amazing clients, as many of you may know I am going to compete this weekend for the United States of Americas Miss pageant in Las Vegas! While I still may be in a different time zone, I will still have my phone on me and available to answer questions and book appointments. With that being said, they have us incredibly booked and busy all weekend so I ask for a little bit of grace with response times. My clients and my business are still my top priority though and I will get back to your text messages!

It is FINALLY not freezing outside!!! As the weather warms up I’m noticing that many of my curly clients are starting to go lighter with their color and I am here for it!

You don’t always need a big change!

“I’ve never seen my hair this curly before!”
This client had some heat damage that made her ends permanently straight. This is not uncommon for me to see as a curly stylist. In fact, this is something I dealt with first hand when I was in high school!
We decided to remove some length to get the damage off and to relive some weight to get her curls to pop! This was the result after her first appointment and I cannot wait to see how her hair health has transformed by her next appointment!
