Job Opening: Nitty's Salon & Retail

Position: Braider, Barber, Makeup Artist, Eyelash Tech, Locatician

Nitty's Salon & Retail is a full-service salon and retail store, dedicated to providing top-quality beauty services and products to our customers. We are currently looking for talented professionals to join our team and help us build a community of beautiful and successful women entrepreneurs.

Requirements:
1. Braider:
- Extensive experience in braiding various hair types and styles.
- Proficient in different braiding techniques, including cornrows, box braids, twists, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create intricate and precise braided hairstyles.
- Knowledge of hair care and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

2. Barber:
- Certified barber with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Proficient in various barbering techniques, including fades, line-ups, shaves, etc.
- Ability to work with diverse hair types and styles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create clean and precise cuts.
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and barbering.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

3. Makeup Artist:
- Proven experience as a makeup artist, preferably in a salon or retail setting.
- Knowledge of different makeup techniques, including bridal, editorial, and special effects.
- Ability to create customized makeup looks based on client preferences and occasions.
- Proficient in color theory and skin tone matching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beauty industry trends and products.

4. Eyelash Tech:
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions application.
- Proficiency in different eyelash extension techniques, including classic and volume.
- Ability to assess client's natural lashes and recommend appropriate lash styles.
- Attention to detail and ability to create natural-looking and long-lasting lash extensions.
- Knowledge of eyelash care and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.

5. Locatician:
- Expertise in creating and maintaining dreadlocks.
- Proficient in different loc styles, including traditional, interlocked, and sisterlocks.
- Knowledge of loc maintenance techniques and products.
- Ability to assess client's hair type and recommend appropriate loc styles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create neat and well-maintained locs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
