We delved into parts and identities that have been shed. The soul’s desire for experience versus the human’s need for comfort and security. How to create cooperation between the two.

We explored the concept of breaking cosmic contracts and what makes them so hard to release. Is it that we’re subconsciously attached to them or do we even have the power to do so?

There were laughs. There was witnessing. There was compassionate support. There was alchemy for some that came with heaviness and left with calm.

Spent the weekend in a little magical sanctuary about 90 minutes south to restore my soul.

To take it slow and watch the plants grow.

To connect with kindred souls who devote their lives to serve mama Gaia, and all her creations.

We shared a Mother’s Day cacao journey in a sun dappled garden.

We spoke to the spirits of the land who blessed us in turn.

We communed with the bees who shared their 200-400hz vibrations through our bodies, calming our nerves and inspiring presence.

Nature is calling to me and I must soon go join her more permanently.

I’m always trusting that what is desired will be fulfilled, so long as the heart sends out the call 💓

I want you to know that you are incredibly brave to be here.

Some call this planet we call home “Earth School,” whereas I think of it as nothing more than an experiential playground.

Source (aka God, The Creator, The Universe...whatever) brought this realm into being because it desired to explore itself and expand its potentials for expression.

Knowing this truth from my core self doesn’t necessarily make everyday existence as a living, breathing human any easier - it just helps me have an anchor point that I can return to anytime I’m feeling caught up in this oftentimes overwhelming dream that is physical existence.

Finding your way back to knowing the original self outside of the programmed ego “self” is what the game is all about. Realizing this, you begin to pick up all the breadcrumbs and clues that spirit leaves for you along the way.

Then something amazing happens…

You start to finally wake up to that true, inner knowing. You learn that you can actually choose to just observe your human self go through their day by using your peaceful, unconditionally loving mind instead of getting caught up in the story.

It’s all about the widening and narrowing of your consciousness aperture at will. Seeing all angles within and around the margins of your being.
