There is a difference between being aware of something and truly understanding it.

One of the reasons I'm pushing myself to become a global voice in hair care education is because I understand that everyone can struggle with knowing how to care for their scalp and hair.

Hair care isn't just about products.
It isn't just about hairstyles.
It isn't just about trends.

Hair care is a lifestyle.

Your hair grows directly from your scalp, and your scalp is your skin.

If you're experiencing ongoing concerns with your scalp or hair, don't be afraid to seek guidance from a qualified medical professional. Sometimes the answers go beyond what we can see on the surface, and getting the right support can make all the difference.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help.

As a Beauty Advisor, my mission is to help people feel comfortable learning about their Hair • Skin • Body. I want you to know that you're not alone and that you have the ability to advocate for yourself through education and awareness.

It doesn't begin when you sit in a licensed professional's chair.

It begins with understanding your hair.
Understanding your skin.
Understanding your body.

One conversation I am especially passionate about is how we talk about coily hair.

I often see comments that oversimplify or dismiss it, and I believe we can do better.

Coily hair is not one-size-fits-all. There are different patterns, textures, densities, and individual needs. Understanding your hair will always be more valuable than following trends or repeating what you've heard online.

This page exists to educate, encourage, and create meaningful conversations about healthy beauty habits.

Healthy discussions are always welcome.

However, disrespectful, inconsiderate, or intentionally negative comments are not.

If your goal is to leave hurtful comments or diminish the purpose of educating others, your comment will be removed, and you will be blocked.
