🤗 Omgoodness! Ty guys so much! I just hit "13K+" subscribers on my YouTube channel! I am sooooooo ecstatic!😁 Ayeeeeeee!💃🏾 It has been a long journey over the last 7yrs trying to teach myself everything I can about creating & sharing my content on YT, IG, FB & good Lord I'm still trying to figure out TikTok!🥴 I'm older & wasn't very computer savvy, so I've had to watched so many YT vids on how to start a channel, how to feel comfortable in front of the camera, how to set up lights, how to film, how to edit, how to add music, how to upload my vids, the do's & don'ts so the stupid algorithm will share my vids, how to read my analytics to know what to create & best times to share it, who's watching it, how to become an Amazon influencer to make it easier to share the products & make a lil coin to pour back into the channel, how to create a website to sell my wigs & on & on & on.🤦🏾‍♀️ Now I have to master how to collab with companies to get paid my worth. That has been my biggest challenge.🤯
I started this to share my experiences & help others make an informed decisions before they buy beauty products like; wigs, makeup, haircare products & styling tools, accessories, affordable fashion & etc. Not to mention sharing my personal, nursing & travel nursing vlogs & more. I know 13K may not be a lot to some & yes my growth has been at a 🐢 pace but I'm still thankful. Trust me, I have questioned myself & have wanted to quit soooooo many times but, everytime I try to stop or give up b/c I think no one's watching & I'm not making enough coins to keep going, God won't allow me to throw in the towel. I know He wants me to continue to shine His light & show others a lil piece of Heaven through what we have in common & an encouraging word.
I'm so thankful & grateful that 13K people trust me enough to subscribe to my channel & enjoy my content. I just Praise God, Praise God, Praise God for you Weezettes!😘🫶🏾🙌🏾

Right off jump, disclaimer, this is solely my opinion only regarding the claims made by Samiyah in her 4 part TikTok vids regarding the discrimination she suffered while an employee with Ebin New York. I have no facts to back up her claims. HOWEVER, I stand in solidarity with her. I can not sit silently & do nothing to show my support as an influencer who uses Ebin's products daily. Soooooo let me say loud & clear...

🗣I will no longer buy, feature, or promote anymore Ebin New York products on my channel moving forward after my Outre Karmina review today b/c that is an Outre sponsored review.

I can not support a company that has such blatant disdain & disrespect for women of color, all while marketing & selling their products solely to us. To be racist behind close doors is one thing, but to feel so entitled to pactice it in our face & expect no consequences is outright appalling!

I will be using the remaining products I've already purchased from time to time off camera only b/c I can't get my coins back, they have already run those to the bank, so it doesn't make sense to me to throw the products out. That's not hurting Ebin New York in any way, shape, or form. Imo. However, I will not purchase their products again or use them on my videos, so those who may not be aware of the situation are not influenced to purchase.

You will not discriminate against us or our daughters, right in front of our faces & expect no repercussions. This young lady has allegedly been mentally traumatized on a daily basis & all for what? Working as a professional in her field while being black in 2024?🤷🏾‍♀️

Let's see how you treat people after we hold back some of this 1.6 trillion dollars of black spending power.👊🏾💸💸💸

Unfortunately, I'm sure they will regroup & secretely change their name & their packaging. But my hope is that we join together, withhold our coin & let them find out exactly what it is!

To Samiyah, the young lady who is speaking out, I'm so sorry you have been traumatized in this manner, but I for one support you as a women & a mother b/c I don't play about my own daughters.
