Three days in.

No, my life hasn’t completely changed.

But something important has…

I’m building a habit of showing up.

My journey includes lupus, a kidney transplant, and menopause. Those challenges are part of my story, but they don’t get the final word.

Every step is a reminder that I’m choosing to care for the body that’s carried me through so much.

No dramatic transformation today.

Just another promise I kept to myself.

Living with lupus, receiving a kidney transplant, and navigating menopause has taught me something:

Progress isn’t always loud.

Sometimes progress looks like getting up when you didn’t feel like it.

Sometimes it looks like walking anyway.

Today, I showed up again.

Tomorrow, I’ll do it again.
