We are re-framing the beauty category from costly to affordable from special occasion to everyday. Our philosophy is that we are empowering women to look as good on the outside as they feel on the inside. We will celebrate how fun, easy and above all fast it is for women “on the move” to feel great and look amazing every day when they “take off” from the right runway. We believe that everyday demands a “good hair day” and we want to help women be their best most fabulous selves. Every Artist in The Style Bar organization has undergone a rigorous training program that insures that every member of our design team knows how we do “it” here. “It” is the discipline, standardization and order in which every service is to be performed. Our expectation is that every member of the team will perform services in conformance with these standards. We recognize that the very nature of the art presupposes individual interpretation of “what” we do. This consistency of service is a big key in what makes us special – what makes us The Style Bar. Our guests must be able to expect the same order of events, standards of service and discipline of quality with each and every visit.
