We know life happens, schedules change, and sometimes appointments need to be moved around. We completely understand! 💗

We’ve recently updated and clarified our Cancellation Policy to make sure our expectations and procedures are clear for everyone.

Our existing cancellation fees remain the same, but we’ve made some important updates regarding how cancellations and rescheduling requests are submitted, after-hours messages, policy acknowledgment, and keeping a valid card on file.

These guidelines help us respect the time of our amazing stylists and estheticians while also giving us the opportunity to offer appointment times to clients who may be waiting for an opening.
