At The Healing Loft, our heart is to create a peaceful space where people can rest, heal, and be cared for — mind, body, and spirit.
Through massage therapy, skincare, yoga, and wellness services, we strive to help each guest slow down & breathe.

🤍 I always keep a little extra body butter for those dry spots throughout the massage, and today this turned into a perfect little heart. 🥹 And this photo reminds me of something I pray with my children often—that we can be a light to someone who may be walking through a dark season. ✨
Even in the middle of the busyness of our own life, the rushing around, the schedules, the never-ending to-do lists… I pray we never get so busy that we miss an opportunity to be a blessing to someone who needs it.
Sometimes being a light doesn’t have to be something big. It can be a kind word, a helping hand, a listening ear, a prayer, a smile… or simply noticing someone who needs a little extra love.
May we slow down enough to see the opportunities God places right in front of us.
Be the light. Be the blessing. Let His love shine through you. 🙏✨❤️
When you remember to stock up on your beef tallow products… and fall in love with them all over again. 😍🤎
There’s just something about that good ol’ beef tallow goodness! 🙌✨
If you know, you KNOW! 🥰

Sometimes I stop and think about how incredibly blessed I am to do this work. ❤️
When you’re called to massage, it becomes so much more than a job.
It becomes mission work.
I don’t have to work on people…
I GET to.
I GET to place my hands on someone who is hurting and help bring a little relief.
I GET to help someone who has been carrying stress finally slow down and breathe.
I GET to help people feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I GET to listen.
I GET to encourage.
I GET to pray.
I GET to serve.
And sometimes, I think we forget what a privilege that really is.
God could have called me to so many different things, but He chose this path for me. And the more years I do this, the more I realize that the hands-on part of massage is only a small piece of what this calling really is.
It’s about people.
It’s about meeting someone exactly where they are and giving them a safe place to rest for a little while.
It’s about serving others with the gifts God has given me.
And sometimes… that mission field looks a little different. 🤍
Sometimes I get to step away from the treatment room and do massage beside a beautiful creek, surrounded by His creation.
And today, I got to look up and see deer crossing the creek. 🦌🌿
For a moment, everything was still.
And I couldn’t help but think, Lord, how blessed am I that this is my life?
To be able to use the gifts He gave me, serve others, pray over people, and sometimes do it in a place where I can look up and see the beauty He created right in front of me.
I pray I never take any of it for granted.
To every person who has trusted me, booked an appointment, referred a friend, shared a post, encouraged me, or simply walked through my door…
Thank you. 🤍
Thank you for allowing me to serve you.
Thank you for allowing us to help you feel better.
Thank you for trusting our hands and our hearts.
This isn’t just what I do.
It’s something I GET to do.
And I am SO incredibly thankful. 🙏
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”
— Colossians 3:23
All glory to God.
This is my mission field. 🤍

Years ago, a client told me about Tony Evans and a sermon he had preached on biblical peace. It has stayed in my thoughts so often.
Because when we think of peace, what usually comes to mind? A quiet place. Still water. A beautiful creek. No noise. No storms.
But biblical peace doesn’t always look like that.
Tony Evans shared a story about two artists who were asked to paint what peace looked like to them. One painted a beautiful, peaceful scene—something calm and still. The other painted a storm. Dark clouds, wind, rain… chaos all around.
But in the middle of that storm was a small bird 🐦 sitting peacefully on a branch.
What a powerful picture.
The storm was still there.
The circumstances hadn’t changed.
But the little bird wasn’t afraid because it knew where its peace came from. 🤍
That is the kind of peace I want to remember.
This week in my Bible study, Philippians 4:6–7 is my Scripture to memorize:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
I’m so thankful for this Scripture. 🙏🏻
Maybe the storm doesn’t have to stop for us to have peace.
Maybe biblical peace is trusting the One who is with us in the middle of it. 🐦⛈️🤍
Lord, help me to be that little bird.

I just want to humble myself for a moment and share how thankful I am—from my whole heart. 🤍
Today, I overheard a client come out of Alley’s esthetician room and tell her that she felt “too relaxed… like an out-of-body experience.”
And honestly… that is THE BIGGEST compliment anyone could ever give. 🥹
To know that someone walked into our space carrying whatever life had handed them, and walked out feeling that relaxed… that’s why we do what we do.
I’m so incredibly grateful for the women God placed in this space today, for every client who trusts us, and for the opportunity to create a little place where people can simply breathe, rest, and feel cared for.
My heart is FULL. 🤍
All glory to God for every bit of it.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
From my whole heart. ✨
