Kindly, understand that tardiness can be very crucial to your appointment. It is IMPERITIVE that you arrive on time. In the event that you are running late, you are allowed a 15 minute grace period. You must physically be In my chair by l5th minute, otherwise your appointment
will be canceled & your deposit forfelted. you will also be subject to cancellation fees.

If you absolutely NEED to cancel your appolntment, your slot may be transferred to another appointment time within a 30 day timeframe free of charge, ONCE. Any date after 30 days, your appointment will be volded. All cancellations must be completed 24hrs PRIOR to your appolntment, any cancellation later than that will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and you will
no longer be able to book with Face by NikitaReyanna again.

A booking processing fee is required to secure your appointment slot & gather any additional products If necessary. This fee is counted towards your service. The Processing Fee is $20. The fee is payable through Zelle & ApplePay. (preferred)
