✨ What Is Cupping Therapy? ✨
Have you ever wondered what those circular marks are that some people have after a massage? That's from cupping therapy—an ancient technique that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues.

Unlike deep tissue massage, cupping gently lifts the tissue instead of pressing down into it. Many clients find it provides relief for stubborn knots and chronic muscle tightness.
🔴 What about the marks? The circular marks left behind are not bruises. They are temporary discoloration caused by increased circulation and usually fade within a few days to a week, depending on the individual.
