Massage is an age-old, holistic remedy that facilitates the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
San Fernando Valley based mobile massage company, focused on holistic healing and bringing your body to an improved state of wellbeing, using a combination of both Eastern and Western massage techniques. Simply Holistic, founded by Jessica Lynn Wamsley in 2012, is a Holistic Massage company based on healing the body through a balanced combination of both Eastern and Western practices. The plethora of services offered include Aromatherapy, Swedish-, Deep Tissue-, Reflexology-, Chair-, Thai-, Shiatsu-, Sports-, Pregnancy-, Lymphatic Drainage-, Hot Stone-, and Carpal Tunnel- massage. Massage stimulates your body’s own natural defense system at a cellular level to function more efficiently, repair tissue, break pain cycles and reduce stress. My primary goals as your massage therapist are to listen to your body, give assistance to places of imbalance, always search for new and better ways to help bring your body to a better state of well-being, while successfully producing relief from pain & stress. -Jessica Wamsley, CMT
