Notice how this eyebrow appears to have a CREASE or indentation when her face is at rest causing the brow mapping to look UNEVEN?
This is actually more common than people realize and can be caused by natural muscle movement, facial anatomy, skin elasticity, aging, sleeping habits, or previous brow expressions that create a permanent fold in the skin.
When my client smiles, the facial muscles lift and reposition the skin- softening the crease and making the brow appear more symmetrical. This is why brows can look completely different depending on facial expression.
This is exactly why permanent makeup is an ART- not just a procedure. I don’t simply follow the existing hair pattern. I evaluate facial structure, muscle movement, asymmetry, and how the brows look both at rest and in motion. The goal is to create balance and harmony while taking each of my client’s unique anatomy into consideration.
