🍂 1. FOCUSING ON MY SKINCARE
Back to the basics - and being consistent!

✨ SPF every. single. morning. to protect all the work I’m putting in
✨ Retinol every night to encourage cell turnover, improve texture, soften fine lines and support collagen production

One of my favorite ways to give my skin a reset! Microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production while improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, enlarged pores and acne scars. Labor Day Weekend fun! We boogie boarded, we fished, laughed and we ran a 5K! My 8 year old officially kicked my butt and crushed the race!! Love our life down here on Hatteras with our family and friends! Back to school tomorrow....but don't worry summer isn't over!
