📢 Purple Haven Salon Policy Update

To better serve all of my clients, I wanted to share an important scheduling update.

Whenever I know I will be out of the salon, I will post my upcoming closure dates well in advance so everyone has plenty of notice.

Beginning immediately, Purple Haven Salon will no longer be responsible for rescheduling appointments due to these planned closures. If your appointment falls during one of the posted closure dates, it will be your responsibility to log into the online booking app and reschedule your appointment to a date and time that works best for you.

This change allows you to choose the appointment that best fits your schedule while helping me keep my calendar accurate and available for everyone.

When you arrive, please come in and knock on the door. If I’m ready for you, I’ll let you know and invite you in.

If I’m still with a client, I’ll know you’ve arrived. Please have a seat on the black sofa to the right and I’ll come get you as soon as I’m ready.
