41 years in this industry, and Iām still overjoyed when I see a woman fall back in love with her hair. ā¤ļø
Moments like this remind me that Iām right where God wants me to be.
For more than 35 years, I primarily styled short hair. I knew it. I was comfortable with it. Then I decided to master silk pressing.
And let me tell you⦠natural hair will teach you patience. š
It requires you to slow down, understand the texture in front of you, pay attention to what the hair is telling you, and know that technique matters. Every head of hair is different, and sometimes you have to learn the hair before you can truly serve it.
Thatās what I love about this stage of my career. Iām still learning. Iām still growing. Iām still challenging myself.
And when I see my client looking at her hair, touching it, smiling, and feeling good about herself again⦠thatās the reward.
After 41 years, I realize this isnāt just something I do.
Itās something God allowed me to grow into. And Iām grateful He trusted me with it. š¤
You know whatās making me really happy lately?
Iām seeing so many new clients sitting in my chair who are ready to fall back
In love with their hair..
And for me, thatās what itās really aboutā¦. HEALTHY HAIR
Thatās really my focusāhelping you get your hair healthy, understand your hair, and learn how to take care of it.
Iāve been doing hair for over 40 years, and Iāve watched trends come and go.
But Iām loving this shift back to healthy hair being the vibe.
Because when your hair is healthy, you feel it.
You start styling it differently.
You start looking at yourself differently.
And somewhere along the way, you fall back in love with your hair again.
And honestly⦠thereās nothing like that feeling when you finally start loving your hair again. āØ
Healthy hair is the goal⦠and a healthy vibe.
Fall may be approaching, but that doesnāt mean you have to e to let go of your blonde.š
I placed a few highlights to and dimension to give blonde a soft lived in look that will transition beautifully into the new season.
Your hair is always communicating with you. Dryness, dullness, breakage, lack of shine. Itās telling you something and you need to listen.
Healthy looking hair isnāt just about what you put on it. Itās about having a regime that works for YOUR hair and staying consistent with it.
When your hair gets what it needs the shine is hits harder.. ā¤ļø
