Rest, alignment, and physical relief should never feel out of reach. To give back to our amazing Summerville community and make bodywork accessible to everyone, I am hosting a Pay What You Can Day on Friday, August 14th, 2026!

How it works:

⏱️ 20-minute targeted sessions focusing on your specific areas of tension.

💙 Pay what you can—literally. No minimums, no awkwardness, no questions asked.

🗓️ Limited to only 10 spots across the day to ensure everyone gets intentional, focused care.

🏫 Back-to-School Schedule Adjustment (Week of Aug 3rd)

School starts on Wednesday, August 5th! To ensure I can be fully present with my kids for their big first day of school, my evening availability for that week only will move to Thursday night (August 6th) instead of Wednesday.

Customized Massage Therapy: While I do have a general flow, I make sure every massage is tailored to your needs. I adjust focus, technique, and pressure based on I your concerns as well as what the body is telling me. And, I don't just massage the belly of the muscle, either. Sometimes we need to we get straight to the roots of the tension at the attachment sites to create lasting structural relief.

Wood Therapy & Body Sculpting:A natural, dynamic lymphatic treatment to contour, smooth, and refresh the body.

Sculpting Facial Massage: Releasing tight jaw muscles and lifting tissue for an absolute nervous system reset.
