Give yourself grace when you're going through it 💞 You never know what someone is carrying behind closed doors. A little kindness, patience, and understanding can mean more than you realize 👉 Healing isn’t linear..Give yourself permission to feel it. As a mom I only hope my kids will come to me if they are ever in the depths of darkness. Raise your kids to know it's ok to ask for help, be a safe place. Encourage REAL conversations, remind them they don't have to carry the heavy alone✌️
