Hairstylists — we’re growing our team!

I’m currently looking for talented, motivated hairstylists to join my wedding team as independent contractors. While this role is focused on the 2027 season, we are still booking for 2026, so there may be opportunities to get started sooner. I’m hiring now so we can use the off-season for training and preparation ahead of a busy year!

What I offer:
• Complimentary, hands-on training for all team members
• Highly competitive pay — currently up to $140 per guest style
• $60/hour travel compensation
• Access to an elevated clientele, including private estates and luxury venues
• Overnight accommodations for venues requiring extended travel (2+ hours)
• Additional compensation for early start times (before 8 AM)

What I’m looking for:
• Licensed stylists with active insurance
• A professional kit (I’m happy to recommend products)
• Commitment to ongoing education, practice, and portfolio growth through team trainings
• Reliability and availability for weekend event dates
• Strong, prompt communication regarding scheduling and availability

We’re based in Western Massachusetts near UMass Amherst. Regular training sessions are held locally, so please consider travel when applying.

Our team services weddings throughout New England, including the Cape, Newport, Boston, the North Shore, Manchester, VT, and the Berkshires.
