Body Shop

FUN FACT
Leaving me, or ANY business you frequent, a review on Google, NextDoor or Facebook can really help promote their services MORE than paid advertisements?
Let local folks know where you get your back spasm or hip pain relief;
where do you get the best facial; where does someone get the best deal on car detailing?
AC vent cleaning?
Etc. Etc.
Locals love word of mouth reviews y'all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Pay it forward to other businesses!

New Policy Starting Now
If you have recently received a flu shot/pneumonia shot/any preventative shot please wait 7-10 days before scheduling your massage.
If you have already scheduled and you are within the waiting period please reschedule by going online or shoot me a text.

Need to post
If you are not feeling well AT ALL, whether its "just allergies" or full blown sick please please do not come in to my office! I will ask you to leave. A massage will NOT make you feel better!!!!!!! I have been sick since Thursday and not getting much better. So please be kind and stay away if you're not feeling 100%.
Thanks for understanding.

I say this to my clients...feet are very important!
*reference> Posturepro copyright American Podiatric Medical Association 9/4/2026

According to a 2009 study done by the American Podiatric Medical Association, the average person walks 8,000 to 10,000 steps in one day.

Proper weight-bearing surfaces not only give your body optimal postural alignment, but they also prevent you from wasting energy standing upright.

When you move with a misaligned body, your neurons are constantly primed and working overtime.

After 365 days, this irregular muscle tension becomes fixated, and your brain can no longer reverse the process.

Your feet become “stuck” in that faulty foot posture and your body starts to break down.

𝗜𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀:
-> inward rotation of the tibia
-> inward rotation of the femur
-> lower pelvis

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀:
-> outwards rotation of the tibia
-> outwards rotation of the femur
-> higher pelvis

This leads to mechnical imbalances that affect everything above your ankle joint.

So how can you fix this?

Improving foot proprioception is the first step to addressing a foot imbalance. Since the motor cortex is what ultimately controls your muscles, working with a product that feeds it 24/7 results in FAST and permanent changes in poor foot and body posture. That’s why I created Therapeutic Insoles to help you improving posture and rebuild stability from the ground up.

The choice is simple: Fix the signal. The structure follows.
