I forgot to post this ☠️ Hilary Grandy is my soul sister and her appointments bring me life 🤌🏼 what started as a client relationship has blossomed into this chaotic, beautiful friendship 💕 I love you 😂

OOKAY and San Holo (↑%) ⚠️ put on an amazing show! Thank you to my sister from another mister Kat Peszko for inviting me! We made new scaly friends after the show and danced until we couldn’t 🙌🏼 such an amazing experience! I can’t wait until the next adventure 💕

I hit a PR and didn’t really feel like sharing it here since it’s not hair related. In light of everything going on in the world between the pressure to be skinny again (idk why we’re trying to repeat the Paris and Nicole or Olsen Twins Days but here we are) and the recent little man syndrome comments about women and our bodies and how we “should look”, I wanted to make my own post. I’m leg pressing roughly 485lbs here *plates plus starting weight on the machine*. I weigh 146lbs. Don’t let any tiny 🌭 man tell you what you should look like. Change your clothes if you outgrow them, and BE OKAY WITH IT. It’s hard to accept when I have to go up a size. It feels wrong somehow. I was a 0-2 for FOREVER *because I was unhealthy and had accidental anorexia + anxiety*. Now I’m a 6-8. There are days that the body dysmorphia shows up and I get self conscious. Then I remember the days I wished to have the legs and ass that I do now. I didn’t even try to do this machine with more than a 25 for a long time. Now? I love the weights. You don’t get bulky without trying. I used to be self conscious about the bulk. Now? I chase it. So lift the weights, wear the shorts, eat the foods, move your body, babe. Don’t worry about being skinny, be strong instead 🩷 keep up with your kids, especially when you’re older. Let the little men have their dad bods, you keep working on that smoke show 👌🏼😎
