Something I often hear from clients is that they want me to "fix" them.

The truth is, I don't fix people.

What I do is help facilitate their own healing.

My job is to hold space, listen to what their body is say, and support them as they reconnect with their own innate ability to heal.

Whether through massage, energy work, intuition, or simply being witnessed and heard, the healing isn't coming from me.

Your body already knows how to heal.

My job is to help you remember that.

It is OFFICIAL — I am so beyond excited to announce that I am now Sacred Ascension! 🌙🦋

After 11 years of doing this work, I felt a deep calling to evolve — and I am finally following it fully. Sacred Ascension is not just a new name... it is a new chapter. A reflection of the path I am stepping into with my whole heart.

Here is what is happening:

🌿 I am completing my Reiki Master certification this summer
🌿 I am enrolled in a year-long Shamanic Practitioner program
🌿 I am expanding into energy healing, distance Reiki, and shamanic healing
🌿 Later this summer, I will be offering an intuitive massage experience with energy work woven throughout
🌿 Therapeutic massage isn't going anywhere — it is still very much a part of what I offer

This journey started years ago when my son was three years old and holistic healing changed our lives. That moment set me on a path I have never looked back from — and Sacred Ascension is the next beautiful step on that path.
