I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014, graduating from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. Modalities offered include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal Massage & Corporate Chair Massage. Massage can be beneficial to an array of common problems including anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, headaches, sports injuries, soft tissue strains or injuries, & insomnia. Benefits include improved circulation, reduced stress hormones, reduced muscle tension, increased joint mobility & flexibility, improved recovery of soft tissue injuries, reduced anxiety & depression.
