Stasis Float Center
Floatation Therapy & Salt Therapy in Syracuse, NY
Syracuse's Favorite Spa and First Float Center!
What should I bring to my float? The answer is simple: just yourself.
Every float takes place in your own private room with a shower, and we provide the essentials including towels, earplugs, shampoo, and body wash. There's no need to pack a bag or worry about forgetting something.
Our goal is to make your visit as effortless as possible, so you can spend less time preparing and more time enjoying the deep relaxation that floatation therapy has to offer. ππ

Modern life gives your mind very few places to truly settle.
Inside the float tank, the noise, notifications, and constant demands on your attention fall away. What remains is quiet enough for your thoughts to slow down, your nervous system to ease, and your awareness to return to the present.
Sometimes your mind does not need more input. It just needs somewhere soft to land. ππ
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Allison. We are thrilled to hear your first float exceeded expectations and that you left feeling relaxed and restored. There is nothing better than hearing a guest discover just how much their body needed that time to unwind. π
Here's Allison's full Yelp review:
"This was such a wonderful experience. This exceeded expectations. We were greeted warmly at arrival. Immediately we felt the sense of peace and calm in the space. We were invited to view a short orientation video, about 3 mins. We were given a quick tour and shown to our rooms. Everything felt clean and safe. The floating experience was something I'd been wanting to try for years. I just realized how much my body NEEDED this therapeutic session. I left feeling both relaxed and restored."
Thank you again for your kind words and support. We hope to welcome you back soon for your next relaxing session. π

βοΈ July Float Notes are here! π As the summer heat rolls in, this monthβs Float Notes is your reminder that slowing down can be part of enjoying the season too.
Our float rooms stay steady and comfortable no matter what the weather is doing outside. Solo tanks maintain the same water temperature year round, and our open float pool allows for additional fine tuning when needed.
So if the heatwave has you looking for an indoor reset, a float might be just the thing to help you cool down, pause, and recharge before heading back out into the sunshine.
πΆ Stasis Sound is back twice this month. Join us in the Salt Room for guided sound meditation designed to help quiet the mind through soothing tones, breath, and awareness.

Recovery is not always about doing more. Sometimes it begins by doing less.
The float tank creates a quiet space where your body can relax, your mind can settle, and your nervous system can shift into a restorative state. In the absence of constant stimulation, your body is free to focus on what it does best.
Rest. Recover. Restore. ππ
Thank you for the wonderful review, Bill. We are thrilled to hear you continue to enjoy both floating and the Salt Room as part of your wellness routine. π
The Salt Room really does make for a great post float experience, giving guests a chance to slowly transition back to reality while extending the relaxation a little longer.
Here's Bill B.'s full review:
"The float tanks are very relaxing, and the facility is very clean.
If you have set aside time in your day for floating, make sure to finish your visit with a visit to the salt room. It is very peaceful and a great way to unwind. Excellent meditation space and the salt exposure is nice bonus."
Thank you again for your kind words and continued support. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next relaxing session. π
Anxiety often thrives in a world that never slows down.
Floating offers something increasingly rare: uninterrupted quiet. No screens, notifications, or demands on your attention. Just time and space for your nervous system to settle.
Many guests describe leaving their float feeling calmer, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate the challenges of everyday life.
Sometimes finding peace starts with stepping away from the noise. ππ
