Scheduling update: Due to my ever growing schedule and some amazing opportunities I have been presented with in 2026, I have made an appointment booking change. Effective immediately the scheduling calendar on my website will only allow up to 21 days in advance. This does not affect anyone already on the schedule more than 21 days out.

As always for athletes, please do not use the booking site, text or call for your appointments.

My 2026 is starting out of town on a much needed vacation with my husband. Then I will be working in Florida for a couple of weeks. While I am out of my home office I will be working on some amazing elite athletes and networking with some of the best Massage Therapist from other parts of the country.
