Meet Emily Clark, Visionary 2026.

Emily built ESTE Aesthetics at Sola Lakeview after leaving the traditional med spa world to create a business rooted in trust, education, and personalized care.

What started as a leap into independence has become a thriving business where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their skincare journey. But Emily’s impact extends beyond the treatment room.

Since opening her studio, she’s become a mentor and resource for estheticians considering a path of their own. Through guidance, encouragement, and transparency about the realities of entrepreneurship, she’s helping others realize that building a business on their own terms is possible.

Whether she’s educating clients, supporting fellow estheticians, or encouraging others to bet on themselves, Emily leads with purpose.

Meet Caroline Kim, Visionary 2026.

Caroline has called Sola Brentwood home for five years — and in that time, she’s built far more than a thriving hair studio. As a longtime member of the Wella Artistic Team, she’s contributed to global campaigns, educational content for professional stylists, and major hair shows across North America, Europe, and Africa. Every bit of that experience comes back to her clients in Suite 8.

But what sets Caroline apart is how she shows up for the people around her. As the volunteer community leader at her Sola location, she created “First Fridays” — a monthly gathering where suite owners come together over food, conversation, and real connection. It’s a small tradition that’s become something everyone looks forward to.

She mentors stylists at every stage, believes deeply that the industry grows when professionals support one another, and leads by example every single day.

Most stylists specialize in service. Victor Scotti, Jr. specialized in something no one else offered. ✨

Meet Victor Scotti, Jr., Visionary 2026. The founder of The Donna Jean Hair Restoration Clinic left a career at Google and Netflix to attend cosmetology school, eventually building Our S.P.A.C.E. Studios into a home for LGBTQIA+ and Black clientele. After losing his mother, Donna Jean, to multiple myeloma, he evolved his business into something bigger: a non-surgical hair restoration clinic engineering cranial prosthetics for oncology and alopecia patients.

His suite at Sola is more than a workspace. It’s a HIPAA-compliant sanctuary where clients-turned-patients can remove a wig for the first time in privacy, dignity, and care. He’s also training the next generation of DMV cosmetology students in clinical trichology through his Restoration Sanctuary Residency.

“I am training the next generation to be advocates for all. We are here to lift as we climb.”
