Allen Coleman chose purpose.

His day began at 5:45 AM. By 6:15 AM, he was on the road to Wesley Chapel to replace a tire on his MINI. From there, he Ubered to his 8:00 AM dental appointment, then Ubered again to Platinum Salon—arriving in time to welcome his 9:00 AM guest with the same energy, professionalism, and commitment they have come to expect.

That’s what leadership looks like.

Leadership isn’t about convenience. It’s about keeping your commitments, honoring your guests, and doing what needs to be done—even when the day doesn’t go according to plan.

At Platinum Salon, we believe excellence begins long before the first guest sits in the chair. It starts with discipline, preparation, accountability, and intention.
