Let’s take the time to figure out what your body needs.

Here, you’ll never feel hustled in and out. I might be The Body Mechanic, but you’re not on an assembly line. We’re here to heal.

Appointments are thoughtfully spaced to ensure you receive thorough, individualized care.

I can’t wait to welcome you into my new and ever more lovely space at Soulstrong Wellness 💕

Hey friends - I had a booking system glitch that showed no availability for the next month - it's been fixed and booking is open!

I’ll be away in Idaho next week, but books are open through the first week of November!

Visit me in my new expanded location with room to breathe, move and heal, at SoulStrong Wellness, off the 202 next to Mango Haus!

Looking forward to seeing you soon!

I am SO excited to announce that my practice has moved to a beautiful, airy, temperature controlled and much, much larger room within the healing space full of beautiful souls that is SoulStrong Wellness!

Located next to Mango Haus and in the same lot as The Butcher Shop, I’m absolutely delighted to offer the same healing care as always, plus plenty of space for gait assessment, somatic movement practices, muscle activation, mobility work and more!

Booking with me is the same as always via my Square Appointments booking site, or send me a message or text. (And if you’ve hesitated to see me this summer because of the cute but stuffy, extremely hot 🥵 bank vault I was previously in, rest assured that my new space has air conditioning and is large enough to prevent claustrophobia 😉)

Come see me, breathe, and move with ease!

P.S. thank you Heidi Koelsch for the pink pants everyone loves from your Love Accessories by Heidi Boutique, and Cowboys and Angels for the perfect cropped tank, and the small army of good friends that made the move a piece of cake!

Hi all! EDIT : I’ve got one opening left at 9:30 am Friday! Bookable by text or on my booking site. Snag your spot and feel great for your end of summer activities! 818.669.2061
